Order Cancellations & Fees

• Orders canceled after 24 hours of placement will incur a 15% cancellation fee.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal upon delivery, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Returns & Refunds

• We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or used beauty and personal care products.
• Clearance or final sale items.
• Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
